Monaco Grand Prix Preview

The flagship event of the Formula 1 season returns this weekend. On Sunday, 19 May, drivers will navigate nineteen narrow corners along the French Riviera, speeding through the streets of Monte Carlo in F1’s most iconic race.

The season so far

PokerStars partners Oracle Red Bull Racing will be hoping to make it four wins from four races. Max Verstappen claimed victory in Imola, Miami and Spain and will be looking for another in Monte Carlo. The Dutchman now leads the World Drivers’ Championship standings heading into the weekend. Oracle Red Bull Racing also top the Constructors’ Championship.

Verstappen will be competing against four other former Monaco winners this weekend. Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Daniel Ricciardo and Fernando Alonso will all be hoping for a repeat of former glory in the 2022 edition.

The Red Spade Pass

Winners of our inaugural Red Spade Passes are currently packing their suitcases. Tonight, they’re heading on their all-expenses-paid four-day VIP experience in Monaco and Nice. They’ll be watching the race from a private luxury yacht overlooking the world-famous track, with meet and greet opportunities and lavish dinners.
