The Lex Veldhuis Tribune

Look, we know what you’re thinking. Lex Veldhuis has been the main story in the Twitch Poker Tribune for the past three weeks now. We might as well change the name of this article to the Lex Veldhuis Tribune.

But the truth is, the reigning king of Twitch poker has simply been on fire lately. From winning three tournaments in a day to taking down the $44 Bounty Builder for $18K on a Sunday, Lex was back this week battling in one of the toughest tournaments going.

The $5K Titans PKO on Sunday, February 13th attracted 137 entries from online poker’s best players and Lex started picking up bounties early.

He picked up the pace with these back-to-back hands.

As the tournament neared the money, Lex continued to play aggressively and found a near double up in this hand.

He even burst the final table bubble, picking up a $5K bounty in the process.

When play ended for the day there were just nine players remaining. Lex would enter the final table fourth in chips.

Play resumed on Valentine’s Day (Feb 14). Throughout the final table, Lex hovered around the middle of the stacks and comfortably laddered up.

He lost a big pot four-handed but immediately recovered.

Alas, he couldn’t go any further. In the hand below Lex called all-in on the river only to see his opponent had rivered a straight.

Still, it’s another incredible result for Lex who has been crushing these past few weeks. Keep it up, sir!

Big Sunday for ImYourBluff

Like Lex last week, Dare2Stream contestant ImYourBluff also found success in the $44 Bounty Builder on a Sunday.

He satellited in for $15 and hours later found himself three-handed on the final table. It was there he found this beautiful double up.

He ultimately finished in second for ~$3,900, adding to the $628 he’d won finishing third in the $11 Daily Kickoff earlier in the session.

Congrats!
