ONE LONG DAY (1) continues to race very well, winning two of his past three starts, just finding an in-form Smokin' Princess slightly too strong at Sandown lakeside last time out. Comes back in grade for this, hence the rise in weight, but also gets John Allen back aboard, who has ridden him to both victories this campaign. RED PHANTOM (3) ran well fresh at Moonee Valley over 1200m which saw him start a $6 chance in a handy BM84 at Flemington where he struggled. Not sacking just yet, he can bounce back. LIBERAMI (9) should be ready to peak third up having run well in two runs back from a spell. Interestingly he's never run over 1600m but is bred to and he could improve again. BUR DUBAI (6) is having his first Australian start. He won by 9.5 lengths over 2514m at Chester when last seen in June. This could be far too sharp but watch the market. RUBOLOGY (4) won well last time and can measure up.
