How do I add or update a card?
To add a new card or update your existing details (such as expiry date or preferred currency), start a new deposit from the ‘Cashier’.
Open the ‘Cashier’ to begin.
Select the ‘Deposit’ tab and enter your card details.

Before submitting your deposit, you can:
- Select ‘Save payment method details’
- Select ‘Make this my preferred payment method’
This stores your card details for future use.
How do I register a new card?
If this your first card deposit:
- Log in and open the 'Cashier'.
- Select the ‘Deposit’ tab
- Choose your card type
- Enter your card details:

- 16-digit card number (no spaces)
- Expiry date (MM/YY)
- 3-digit CVV (found on the back of your card)
- If you'd like to save the card, tick:

- Save the payment method details
- Make this my preferred payment method
- Choose a deposit amount or enter your own.
- Select a verification method on the next screen:

- MasterCard SecureCode
- Verified by Visa/One-Time Password
- Review your transaction and submit.
How do I add a new card if I have used one before?
If you have previously deposited with a card:
- Log in and open the ‘Cashier’
- Select ‘Deposit’
- Choose your card type
- Enter or select a deposit amount
- Enter your new card details:
- Card number
- Expiry date
- CVV
- (Optional) Select:
- 'Save payment method details'
- 'Make this my preferred payment method'
- Choose your verification method:
- Mastercard SecureCode
- Verified by Visa / one-time password (OTP)
- Review and submit your request
How do I update card details?
If you received a replacement card, check the following:
- Has your old card expired?
- Does your replacement card have the same number with a new expiry date or CVV?
- Does the replacement card have a different number?
If the card number changed or the old card expired:
Start a new deposit and enter your new card details. This registers the card as a new payment method.
If the card number is the same and the old card is still valid:
Contact Support. They will review whether the old card can be blocked.
