If you’ve never used the PokerStars Discord before, it’s a selection of Chat Rooms where you can talk with other poker players, ambassadors, coaches and even PokerStars Staff.
PokerStars Learn has their own rooms with the added value of coaches and PokerStars Moderators on hand to answer your poker questions.
How to Join PokerStars Discord
Step 1: Click on the PokerStars Discord Invite Link.
Step 2: Create your Discord Username and Verify your Account.
Step 3: Once signed in Select the Channel #pokerstars-learn
Step 4: Select your language.
Step 5: Scroll down until your find the LEARN Channels and select the room you want to ask a question in.
What type of questions can I ask?
You can ask any questions big or small regarding Poker Strategy, no question is too small. Examples of questions asked:
- What does Big Blind mean?
- I know about counting outs, but how do you calculate pot odds?
- Can someone explain how position moves players around the table?
- Where can I get the list of strong hand and weak hands?
- Why did I lose with this hand?
- How do I share hand histories?
- What’s the lowest buy-in for a tournament?
- What happens if I win a satellite?
- Any advice for this hand?
- What would you do if the board is JJJJ and you have an Ace?
