Russia’s hello_totti wins Sunday Million for $160K

This week’s Sunday Million final table was stacked to say the least, with two former champs, and two players with more than $3 million in PokerStars cashes. Interestingly, both of those $3M+ players had finished ninth in the Milly in the past couple of years.

What made it more interesting is that those latter two players – hello_totti and Pthelegend – reached heads-up, outlasting all but one of the 5,958 entries (4,757 unique, 1,201 re-entries). They’ve both now achieved their highest ever finishes in the biggest weekly tournament, but only hello_totti can call himself a Sunday Million champ.

Moorman1 runs the $55 Marathon, wins for $18,500

Chris ‘moorman1’ Moorman has long been the winningest player in online tournament history, and he’s not done racking up cashes yet.

Yesterday Moorman outlasted all 2,669 runners in the $55 Sunday Marathon, banking the prolific Brit $18,524.63 after an epic 15-hour grind. Moorman is now up to $15.06 million in recorded online cashes, with more than half of those coming on PokerStars.
