Pending deposit troubleshooting

The reason why you have a pending transaction is that you started a deposit but didn't complete it.

• When you start a deposit, it will remain pending for 10 minutes.
• If you don't complete the deposit in 10 minutes, it gets canceled. This way, you can start a new deposit.
• Check that you are using the most up-to-date version of your web browser.
