How can I receive rewards?
Rewards are assigned automatically based on gameplay and account activity.
The system may provide offers that match your playing style and level of activity.
Rewards cannot be requested or manually triggered.
How can I check my available Challenges?
You can view your available Challenges in the Challenges window.
This section shows:
- current Challenges
- upcoming Challenges
- the rewards linked to each Challenge
Each Challenge also displays the requirements needed to complete it.
How can I view all active bonuses?
To see your active or pending bonuses:
Promotions and Rewards → My Rewards → Bonuses
How can I check out the emailed rewards?
You can check your email inbox to look for messages about new rewards.
Reward emails might include activation steps to claim the offer.
