Where can I see the minimum player requirement for an online satellite on PokerStars?

Desktop

In the tournament lobby, you can see the minimum player requirement.

1. Open the lobby of the respective tournament by clicking on it.
2. Go to:
• Structure → Tournament Information.

 

Mobile

On mobile, the minimum player requirement is not available for all tournaments.

To find out:

1. Open the 'Information' tab in your tournament lobby.
2. Look for the minimum player requirement record

If it is not displayed, switch to the desktop version.

 

What happens if there aren’t enough players for a PokerStars online satellite tournament?

Satellites with a fixed start time:

• The satellite will be cancelled
• Registered players are refunded.

Sit & Go satellites:

• The satellite will only begin once the minimum number of players is reached.

 

What can I do if my live event satellite was cancelled due to not enough players?
