Why does Sports maintenance occur?

Sports maintenance is performed to upgrade, improve, and maintain the PokerStars Sports platform.

Maintenance ensures the software runs smoothly and remains secure.

 

What happens during maintenance?

During maintenance, some features of the PokerStars Sports platform may be temporarily unavailable.

You may be unable to:

• Log in to your account
• Place new bets
• Access your betting history

 

Are bets placed before maintenance is affected?

No. Bets placed before maintenance remain valid and continue running as usual.

No action is required for bets already accepted before maintenance begins.

 

Is Cash Out available during maintenance?

The Cash Out feature may be unavailable while maintenance is in progress.

Because of this, Cash Out cannot be guaranteed during maintenance.

 

How is Sports maintenance scheduled?

Maintenance is scheduled to minimize disruption for players.

PokerStars aims to perform maintenance during quieter periods of the day and to keep the maintenance window as short as possible.
