What is the Transfer Sending Limits feature?

The Transfer Sending Limits is a safety feature of your account. It lets you control the total amount of funds sent from your account.

It helps you manage and restrict outgoing player-to-player transfers.

Can I transfer funds to other poker rooms?

No. You can't transfer funds to other poker rooms.

Transfers are only possible between players on our platforms.

Can I make transfers in currencies other than USD?

Yes, but both the sender and the receiver must have the same currency enabled on their accounts.

To make transfers in currencies other than USD, both the sender and the receiver must add that specific currency to their accounts.

If either account doesn't have the selected currency enabled, you will see the following error message:

"This player can't accept your active currency. Please enable other currencies in your currency settings."

You can resolve this by selecting the option 'Change currency settings' below the error message and enabling the required currency.

If the receiver already has the currency enabled but you still see the error, the receiver should contact Support.

If the transfer receiver already has the specific currency enabled, but the sender still receives an error message, the receiver should contact Support.

How can I add a new currency to my account?

You can add or manage currencies through the 'Cashier'.

Follow these steps:

  • Open the 'Cashier'.
  • Select 'Manage Currencies'.
  • Choose Currency settings.
  • Turn on and off the currencies that you want to use.

You can also use this section to move funds between currency bankrolls.

What are the minimum and maximum transfer amounts?

The minimum amount you can transfer is $0.01.

The maximum amount depends on:

  • your set transfer limits
  • your account status
  • your transaction history

You can check your personal maximum transfer amount.

  1. Log in to your account
  2. Open 'Cashier'.
  3. Select Player to Player transfer.

For large transfers, verification checks may be required. You may be asked to provide documents to prove your identity and account ownership.

How can I check canceled transfers?

You can view your transaction history, including canceled transfers, following the 'Cashier'.

  • Open 'Cashier'.
  • Select 'More'.
  • Select 'Transaction History'.

Mobile app

  • Open 'Account'.
  • Select 'Cashier'.
  • Select 'Transaction History'.
