Why haven’t I received my PayPal withdrawal?

Your PayPal withdrawal may remain unclaimed if the email address registered on your PayPal account has not been confirmed.

PayPal holds unclaimed funds for up to 30 days until the PayPal email address is confirmed.

 

How do I confirm my PayPal email address?

1. Log in to your PayPal account.
2. Go to 'Settings'.
3. Under 'Email', select the email address you want to confirm.
4. Select 'Confirm this email address'.
5. Open the confirmation email from PayPal.
6. Select 'Confirm my email address' and be redirected to the PayPal website
7. Enter your PayPal account password.
8. Select 'Confirm email address'.

 

What happens if I do not confirm my PayPal email address?

If you do not confirm your PayPal email address within 30 days:

1. PayPal will return the funds to PokerStars.
2. The withdrawal amount will be credited back to your PokerStars account.
