Who is responsible for chat sent from my account?

The account owner is responsible for all chat messages sent from their account.

• PokerStars can't determine who was using the account when a message was sent.
• Warnings or suspensions are applied to the account, not the individual who was using it.

 

What should I do if someone else has access to my account?

If someone else can access your account, we recommend that you change your password.

• Changing your password helps protect your account.
• Don't share your password with other people.
