What is a Card Verification Number (CVN)?

A Card Verification Number (CVN) is the last 3 or 4 digits on the back of your card above the signature strip.

It adds extra security to your card deposits on PokerStars.

 

Why do I need to enter my CVN?

You must enter your CVN to ensure you are the only one using the card.

 

When do I need to enter my CVN?

You must enter your CVN every time you make a card deposit.

 

What should I do if my card doesn't have a CVN?

If your card does not have a CVN, contact your financial institution about obtaining a valid CVN for that card, or ask them to issue you a new card.
