Playing insights feature - How it works

Playing Insight is a new Responsible Gaming tool available on our desktop and mobile web Casino (not on our desktop software). It collects data on your winnings and losses while you are playing in the Casino. Once the feature is activated, you'll be able to see a detailed graph showing your daily winnings and losses for the last seven days (excluding deposit bonuses and instant bonuses). So you can compare how much you've won to how much you've lost while playing. With this information, you can also make informed decisions about your playing habits and whether you would like to apply some of our other Responsible Gaming tools, like playing limits or deposit limits.

If you didn't play in the Casino for the past seven days, no information would display.

How to apply this to your account

To activate Playing Insight, log in to your account through our web Casino on either your desktop or mobile, then follow the steps below:

1. Go to your Account
2. Select Playing Insight
3. Once there, you'll be able to activate it if it wasn't already activated automatically.

How to see your playing insights

Whenever you want to see how much you've won or lost, just go to your account through our Casino, and select 'Playing Insight'. Or, press the 'Playing Insight' button under your Real Money balance.
