App notifications during self-exclusion
Why do I still receive notifications after my self-exclusion?
You may still receive notifications because your device notification settings remain active.
To stop notifications, you need to disable them in your device settings.
iOS
- Go to Settings → Notifications
- Find and select the PokerStars app
- Turn off notifications
