If you are waiting for a transfer from another player, contact the senderl directly.
Only the sender can ask Support to check the transfer.
The sender must contact Support using their registered email address.
Support can then check the sender's account for issues.
Due to the Privacy Notice, Support can't discuss another player's account with you.
Players are responsible for entering the correct recipient's details when sending transfers.
If you transferred funds to the wrong person, contact Support as soon as possible.
