Find out all you need to know about the Creators’ Cup UK, including how you could win a special trip to the Irish Open 2025 to compete for £10K…

PokerStars has announced an exciting new community-driven schedule for UK-based players, teaming up with some of the UK’s most popular social media stars to offer low-stakes action (£1.10 buy-ins) that packs a punch in terms of prizes.

It’s called the Creators’ Cup and it’s the perfect way for both brand-new and recreational players to enjoy a weekly, low-stakes game while competing for a poker trip of a lifetime. PokerStars is offering multiple players an expenses-paid trip to Dublin for the Irish Poker Open 2025, where you’ll play in the UK Creators’ Cup final for a top prize of £10,000.

Win that final in Dublin and you’ll be heading to Brazil for the global final. Oh yes. Brazil.

The Creators’ Cup isn’t just about the competition — it’s about creating a vibrant, inclusive community that welcomes and educates everyone, particularly those being exposed to the game for the first time. A similar Creators’ Cup ran in Brazil earlier this year and was hugely successful in introducing poker, an official mind sport, to thousands of new players.

Now it’s the UK’s turn.

HOW THE CREATORS’ CUP WORKS

From December 8, 2024, to March 9, 2025, some of the UK’s most popular social media content creators will buddy up with PokerStars Ambassadors and host weekly password-protected £1.10 buy-in tournaments for their communities every Sunday at 7 pm with online tickets going to the top finishers.

Make the final table of one of the weekly tournaments and you’re through to the monthly semi-final, where players could win their way to the Irish Poker Open and battle in person, not only for the £10K prize money but also a seat in the Global Creators’ Cup final that will take place in Brazil later in 2025.

The Irish Poker Open is one of the most fun poker events of the year

That final will see Creators’ Cup winners worldwide come together and play for huge prizes.

Trust us, if you’ve ever thought about dabbling in online poker or dreamed of playing in person for thousands of pounds, the Creators’ Cup is made for you.

WHAT YOU COULD WIN

Here’s a closer look at what the winners of the monthly semi-finals will get:

  • Player and a guest win an expenses-paid trip to Dublin for the Irish Open 2025
  • Compete against other monthly winners in the UK Creators’ Cup Final for £10K
  • Hang out with PokerStars Ambassadors and influencers while you enjoy live music, games, food and drink, plus a live poker tutorial to get you into shape

Let’s meet the content creators who will be hosting the weekly events. Give them a follow as they will be giving the passwords out to their communities each week.
