POKERSTARS RELEASE NOTES – NOVEMBER 2025

Web

Tournament Tickets Feature added to Promotions & Rewards Hub (UK, BG, CAON, COM, DK, EE, ES, GR, FR)

Players can view their available tournament tickets, including when they expire and what poker tournaments they can be used on.

  • Open P&R Hub and go to My Rewards > Tournament Tickets. Selecting a ticket opens the Tournaments View, where players can see all available tournaments with all the relevant information.
  • Selecting a tournament will open the registration screen in a new tab.
  • This web feature means players no longer have to load the desktop or mobile app to view their tickets, making it easier to use their tickets in a tournament available on the web.

Desktop – New Mercury Lite table theme

  • Mercury-Lite provides an optimised version of the Mercury theme, matching the performance of Carbon-Lite. It supports Mystery Bounty, KO, and SAG formats and can be enabled via the table theme dialogue (in-table or lobby). Additional base themes will be integrated into the Lite experience in future releases.
  • Mercury-Lite offers a smoother, faster multi-tabling experience. By limiting animations to single frames and turning off shaders, similar to Carbon-Lite, it reduces lag and distractions, making play on Mercury quicker and more responsive. It also improves player experience for those on older desktop devices.

Desktop – New Survey Feature

(UK only, more licenses to follow soon)

We’re always looking to improve and want to hear from you, the players, as much as possible. So, you’ll notice a survey appearing now and again asking for your feedback.

  • The message appearing can be turned off and on from the settings menu.
  • Direct feedback from you will help us continue to improve our product.

Bug Fixes

We have removed several bugs, including:

Desktop: Column customisation and game filters not updating

  • Slower games for the higher multipliers, to give players more time to think when more money is at stake
  • Merging the two games will also reduce waiting times for games to start. The new structure will also be applied to Spin & Go Omaha.

Announcing All-In Poker by PokerStars

keyboard_arrow_down

All-In Poker by PokerStars is an exciting poker format, based on Texas Hold’em, with just two options for all players: all-in or fold!

The hand plays out according to Texas Hold’em rules, but with two significant differences:

– Players have only two options, pre-flop: to go all-in, or to fold.

– Every pot is ‘capped’, meaning that no player can wager (or lose) more than 25 Big Blinds in a single hand.

Available now on Desktop and Mobile clients!

Available initially on .COM, .DE, .EE and .RO licenses, with future rollouts to follow.

Announcing Spin and Go 6 Max by PokerStars

keyboard_arrow_down

Based on the 3-players Spin & Go format players know and love, we have

launched Spin & Go Six in Italy.

It is still fast-paced with a randomly drawn prize pool. But it’s played with six players instead of three.

More players means more money to be won. Spin & Go Six replaces Spin & Go Max in Italy.
