The Big 20 Rewind – Terms & Conditions

The following are the rules (“Rules”) of the ‘The Big 20 Rewind’ promotion ("Promotion"), as organized by the operator ("PokerStars"/ “we”/ “our”/ “us”) of the Internet site found at PokerStars and its affiliated sites (the "Site") and taking place on our GUI software client (the “Client”) or any of our participating websites or any downloadable apps for our games.

All entrants (“Entrant”/“you”/ “your”) who wish to participate in the promotion hereby agree: (i) to these rules, the general Terms & Conditions for promotions on the site (“General Terms”), as well as the tournament rules governing participation in any tournament on the site (“Tournament Rules”) (collectively, the “Terms and Conditions”) and (ii) to be unconditionally bound by all of the same so as to participate in this promotion.

Details of the promotion

This promotion takes place from 00:00 ET on November 14, 2021 until 23:59 ET on December 5, 2021 (the “Duration”).
The Big 20 Rewind is a tournament promotion where tournament winners can win special prizes in addition to the usual tournament cash prizes.

Eligibility

Entrants must (i) have a verified and validated account on the site and (ii) meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these rules and the general terms. Proof of identification, age and address may be required at the request of PokerStars and PokerStars reserves the right to conduct any ID and security checks it sees fit to confirm entrants comply with all eligibility requirements. Failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in an entry being invalid and/or forfeiture of any prize.

Prizes

Each tournament will award a special prize ("Special Prize") to the winner of each Big 20 Rewind tournament, as per information found in the tournament lobby of each tournament.
All special prize winners will be contacted directly regarding arrangements for receipt of respective special prize within 72 hours from the conclusion of the respective tournament.
Players from Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia and Sweden are ineligible for special prizes but can still play the tournaments and are eligible for regular cash prizes.
For the avoidance of doubt, the special prize is non-transferable and may not be given, assigned, or sold to any other person(s).
A special prize will not be awarded to a person who, for any reason, would not be allowed by law to use the prize or where the supply of the special prize to that person would be unlawful.
The special prize winners may be required to enter into a separate binding agreement with PokerStars with regards to conditions governing the awarding of the special prize (“Special Prize Conditions”). Failure to abide by the Special Prize Conditions may result in the forfeiture of the special prize.
Winners are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit PokerStars to any contract, expense or cost entered into or incurred without its advance written acceptance of the same.

Exclusions of liability

PokerStars is not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury suffered by you arising out of or in any way connected with the promotion or special prizes other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the description of the special prize (if any). This exclusion does not include any liability for (i) negligence by PokerStars; (ii) death or personal injury arising out of PokerStars’ negligence or the negligence of its employees; (iii) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (iv) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.
PokerStars accepts no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

General

PokerStars shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion or in respect of the special prize where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and whilst PokerStars may endeavour to provide an alternative prize, it shall not be liable to compensate a winner in such circumstances.
In the case of disputes in regard to the participation rights, all matters relating to the awarding of the special prizes and or the Terms & Conditions, the final decision lies with PokerStars management. Any decision made by PokerStars will be binding and shall not be subject to review or appeal by an entrant or any third party.
All entrants will comply with the instructions and directions of PokerStars and its representatives. Failure to do so may lead to immediate disqualification from the promotion or withdrawal of the special prize, at PokerStars’ sole direction.

The Big 20 Ticket Machine – Terms & Conditions

What is being offered

The Ticket Machine is a promotion which awards up to 3 entries to a daily ticket draw upon completion of in-game challenges.
Players can win a $55 tournament ticket or a freeroll ticket.

When is the offer being conducted

This promotion takes place from 00:00 ET on November 14, 2021 and finishes at 00:00 ET on December 6, 2020.

Who is eligible to take part and how can customers qualify

Entrants must (i) have a verified and validated account on the site and (i) meet the eligibility requirements as specified in these rules and the general terms. Proof of identification, age and address may be required at the request of PokerStars and PokerStars reserves the right to conduct any ID and security checks it sees fit to confirm entrants comply with all eligibility requirements. Players must opt-in to the 'The Big 20 Ticket Machine' to participate in this promotion. Any hands or games played prior to opting in will not count towards this promotion.

Wagering requirements and limitations by type of game

Players will receive entries to the Ticket Machine’s daily draws by completing challenges between 00:00 ET and 23:59 ET. The challenges are as follows:
Play 300 Cash/Zoom game hands (any buy-in)
Play 10 Spin & Go’s (minimum $1 buy-in)
Play 3 MTTs or MTT Sit & Go’s (minimum $1 buy-in)
Players will receive one entry for each challenge they complete.

Claiming and redeeming the offer

The Ticket Machine’s daily draws will take place at 00:00 ET every day for the duration of this promotion. Players will receive a notification after logging into the client if they have won a prize.
Last draw will take place on Monday, December 6 at 00:00 ET.
All draws are limited to three entries per player per day, maximum.
Any tickets won will be credited to the users’ account instantly.

What else do customers need to know

Prizes won as part of this promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to any other players.
Tournament tickets won through this promotion will expire on December 6 at 23:59 ET. They will hold no value once expired and will not be compensated.
