- This promotion is open to all Stars Rewards members. All players need to have registered with the Stars Rewards loyalty program and have opted into the promotion.
- The value of the prize will be determined by the level of Stars Rewards Chest that customer is on.
- The winning prize can be comprised of Free Bets and/or Free Spins, all carrying wagering requirements. Unused Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being credited.

What is the promotion?
Chests & Ladders is a promotion you can find in your Challenges Window.
Once you opt in, you will be presented with the Chests & Ladders board. The board is broken down into 49 squares, divided by 7 rows, and contains:
- Five ladders; and
- 15 Promotional Chests (‘Chests’)
When you opt in, you’ll get a marker on the Chests & Ladders board in Square 1. Every time you receive a dice in your Stars Rewards Chest, your marker will move forward the number of squares displayed on the dice. For example, if you receive a dice with a two, you will move two squares.
The ladders on the board allow you to move upwards. If you land exactly on a square that shows an image of the bottom of a ladder, then you will move all the way up to the square at the top of the ladder.

This promotion takes place from 09:00 ET on February 1, 2021 and finishes at 23:59 ET on February 21, 2021.
Who is eligible?

What will I receive?
If you land exactly on a square that shows an image of a Chest (‘Chest’) you will receive a Chest containing a personalised reward, the value of the Chest will depend on the Stars Rewards level you are ascribed based on your level of play at the time won as follows:

You will complete the Chests & Ladders board when you reach or go past Square 49, following which you will receive a final Chest with a personalised reward. The value of the Chest will depend on the Stars Rewards level you are ascribed based on your level of play at the time won as follows:

What do I need to do before I can withdraw my winnings from the bonus?
Bonuses may not be withdrawn directly. However, any winnings from stakes placed using bonuses may be withdrawn.
For any prize which is awarded in the form of a Free Bet, the following wagering requirements apply to the use of that Free Bet:
- Free Bet can be used on any PokerStars Sports market.
- Free Bet(s) can be used on Straight Bets and Parlays only.
- You can view the Free Bet(s) under the ‘Free Bets’ section located next to the Bet Slip.
- Unused Free Bets expire seven (7) days after being credited.
For any prize which is awarded in the form of an Instant Bonuses, the following wagering requirements apply to the use of that Instant Bonus:
- Any winnings derived from stakes placed from using Casino Instant Bonuses are considered part of the bonus until players have earned the required redemption points to convert the Casino Instant Bonus to cash (except for the Progressive Jackpot winnings which will be credited instantly as cash).
- As soon as players have earned the redemption points required, the Casino Instant Bonus balance will be converted to real money and credited to their account instantly once all game sessions have been exited.
- Each Casino Instant Bonus must be converted to cash separately. Multiple bonuses may not be converted simultaneously.
- Bets covering the Roulette table or the Live Roulette table by 65% or more, as well as bets covering both sides of Baccarat or Live Baccarat, will earn 0 redemption points.
- Should players continue to play one or more open Casino games using the Casino Instant Bonus after earning all requested redemption points, the Casino Instant Bonus funds will continue to be used and the value of the bonus (and therefore pending cash credit) will increase or decrease according to the gameplay.
