European Dealer Championships Return in 2022

October 27, 2021

The European Dealer Championships will take place at the iconic Casino de Monte-Carlo, Monaco, from May 16-18, 2022.

The historic casino setting for this prestigious event, which did not take place in 2020 or 2021 due to the Covid-19 pandemic, is a fitting one for the best casino dealers in the world to ply their trade. The criteria on which thirty international judges will be scrutinising dealers include: quick thinking, mathematical mastery, and sleight of hand.

Additionally, and perhaps most importantly for a casino dealer, they will be judged on their ability to run various games to perfection while socialising with the clientele of one of the world’s most renowned casinos.

The last person to win the title of Europe’s best dealer was Tamas Adam, who in 2019 blew away the competition with a flawless performance. Once the chips and cards have been packed away at the 2022 championships, all eyes will then turn to the 2023 event, which is scheduled to take place at the Montreux Casino in Switzerland.
