DARTBOARD (2) jumped out well but was outgraded over 1400m at Sandown-Lakeside in a 70 resuming from a spell. Steps up to the 1650m today, and that suits. Has raced well over middle distances in stronger company and will be hard to beat back to country level. BUILLT (1) returned from a spell over 1400m at Ballarat in an 84 and needed the outing. He'd switched from the Waller yard and will also find this much more to his liking. Uses the rail, and he'd have then covered on his best form. HYDROGEN POWER (7) disappointed at Horsham but missed a whisker this trip at Tatura prior. The on-pacer is on a 5-day return and carries 7.5kg less at this level. That brings him into it. LIBERTY RAE (8) had been threatening before delivering a big win at Bordertown over 1550m in a 56. He also tumbles in weight this grade with a 3kg claim atop and is also in the mix.
