Handy little race. KALLOS (3) is the one that appeals if he can find his best. He only had one run last preparation and was a touch disappointing but it was in the G2 Challenge Stakes over 1000m which isn't his best trip. At his best, he's a very good 1100m horse who is suited at this weight scale, and he looked good winning a recent trialat Rosehill. IN FLIGHT (6) is racing very well, a winner of her past two at listed level. She's been well placed to win those and now takes on weight-for-age but this isn't overly strong and she'll take beating again. KIN (5) was behind In Flight when they met at Doomben and has been good in two runs since, winning the latest at Ipswich. She loves the Caulfield 1100m and looks a live chance. NEW YORK LUSTRE (10) is a progressive mare who resumes. This is a big step up but she's clearly talented. CLEO CAT (9) continues to race well although seemingly had her chance last time and has been up a while now.
