EXCEEDAQA (12) returned from a spell with a moderate effort in heavy going over this trip at Newcastle last start. Kept fresh since that run five weeks ago. Will find this a lot easier and looks the one to beat. WASTED DAYS (5) progressed nicely last start at the second run of the campaign, chiming in late for a close third over 1200m at Bathurst. Ready to peak at the third run back from an extended lay-off. SHARPEN THE KNIVES (10) returned in good order at Armidale recently. Beautifully drawn and can hold that form. TIGERS ROAR (2) felt the pinch close to home when resuming from a month-long let-up over this distance at Newcastle last time. Will tighten up following that run and should be prominent for a long way. The speedy ALL TOO SNEAKY (6) has been kept fresh for this and should give backers a sight.
