DARK SIMBA (11) finds another winnable race having been successful in his past two, sitting close to a very strong speed at Sale and winning well with good margins back through the field. May potentially want a bit further now but draws well and should be able to set a good gallop. BLAZING REBEL (8) wasn't beaten far fresh at Cranbourne in a bunched finish and will be fitter. His best form is good enough to win this if he gets gaps form the inside gate. VARANE (5) got the job done at Sale over 1400m when last seen to build on a strong overall record. Should handle the rise to a mile now and can win again. PEEL THE STICKERS (3) has just been fair at his past couple but did beat a good one prior and can bounce back. WILLIAMSTOWN (6) next best.
