Drawn out and expected to take stopping again in this stiffer contest. WATER LAD (5) working towards a win and drops further in weight on the quick backup. Closed off strongly with the 60.5kg when a narrow third over 1000m at Tamworth. Back in class and placed at this track. Gets his chance from the draw. CAPITAL DANCER (9) races best with her runs spaced and the blinkers go on for the first time. Jumped awkwardly from the inside draw and failed to get into the contest when sixth over 900m at Newcastle. Drawn out and sure to be thereabouts. CLIMATE CONTROL (12) Scone-trained gelding with his hoof on the till. Win record hardly excites and back in trip after being nailed on the line when a narrow second over 1280m at this track. Value prospect. The chances don't end there.
