Sixteen lengths seperated FEACH AMACH and Lillistar over this C&D last month, with the former seemingly benefiting greatly from a wind operation and the addition of cheekpieces. The latter enjoys a healthy swing at the weights (now 20 lb better off with the winner) but Adam Nicol's charge progressed again when following-up at Perth and she may have enough in the tank to complete the hat-trick. Laravie hasn't been with the James Owen yard for long and she is also accorded respect.

On the up since undergoing a breathing operation and equipped with cheekpiece, landing handicaps over this C&D and at Perth (partnered by Joshua Thompson on both occasions). Has shot up a combined 18 lb for that brace but she's clearly in the groove and the hat-trick beckons.

Showed ability in bumpers/over hurdles in Ireland for Kevin O'Donnell. Well-backed and posted best effort since joining present yard when runner-up in a C&D maiden (soft) and, provided she proves equally effective on this quicker ground, the 6-y-o is likely to be on the premises.

Fair maiden on Flat for the Charltons and she has taken steps forward in handicap hurdles the last twice, latterly chasing home facile winner Feach Amach over this C&D. Beaten 16 lengths by Adam Nichol's charge that day but now renews rivalry on 20 lb better terms, so a case can be made.

Didn't show much in her qualifying runs over hurdles but took a step forward on handicap debut when second at Fontwell (19f, good) last May. Failed to back that up at Worcester the following month and absent since.

It's been over 2 years since she last got her head in front and the first-time cheekpieces (on again here) failed to spark a return to form at Kelso last week.

Improver in handicaps, landing a conditional jockeys' race here (17f, good) in November before following up at Leicester 4 days later. However, she didn't offer much back from a 5-month break in the C&D contest won by Feach Amach.

Point winner last month but subsequently pulled up in a Kelso handicap hurdle (first run under Rules for present yard) and she's now 0-16 in this sphere.
