APULIA (2) stormed home from well back on the bend to score by nearly a length over 2100m in the G2 Ted Van Heemst Stakes here last start. The extra 300m is ideal, and William Pike will be aiming to have the last say again. BUCKETS RIDGE (5) followed a solid third in the LR A J Scahill Cup with a narrow win in the LR G.A. Towton Cup over 2200m here three-and-a-half weeks ago when motoring home from off the pace. He cops a wide gate, but will have no trouble measuring up in this as well. FILTHY HABITS (9) ran a game second in the LR A T A Stakes last time out and looks suited stepping up to this trip for the first time. The blinkers are back on, and he will take some pegging back again. STORMAGEDDON (15) was well found in the market and finished fifth over 2200m 15 days ago. He should be suited to racing over 2400m for the first time, and can figure in the top 4 this time. Follow your money. FOREVER BOY (10) hardly runs a bad race, and is worth including in all combinations.
