IBERIAN LYNX (7) looks well placed. The first-up run at Ballarat was good when finding the line nicely to grab second, beaten 1.5 lengths. Doubt he'll find this any tougher and he showed last campaign that a maiden win wouldn't be far away. Go close. DURHAM (5) has four minor placings from six starts this time in work, the latest as favourite over 2000m at Mildura. Comes back in trip off a let-up but will be strong late. KNIGHTS EMPEROR (18) resumes. He didn't beat a runner home on debut at Beaumont Newcastle last time in but has jumped out well and is worth keeping safe for the top yard. PICK A SYMPHONY (8) next best off a solid return at Swan Hill, each way.
