Verdict

Giving JUST FOR SHOW (1) one more chance. He was a bit disappointing two back here over 1200m before hitting the line well at Sandown Hillside out to 1400m last start. Don't love the draw but he is tactically versatile and has the ability to win this. ACTA NON VERBA (10) just missed first up at Swan Hill over 1200m and will strip much fitter for that. He was pitched up against some good horses during the Spring and drops 5.5kg for the suitable rise in trip. ZOURAIN (4) found the mile a bridge too far in a better race at Flemington but had been a tough winner prior and back in trip around here will suit. HARRY'S YACHT (3) was close up in the same race as Just For Show last start and maps for an ideal run on speed from the low gate. BRANDJAM (5) is coming along nicely and should handle the rise in trip from a good draw.
