CENTRAL BANK (1) has become quite costly with four consecutive second placings, beaten when in the market at his past three. He was only edged out by a nose at Bendigo last time out as a $4.40 chance and if he holds that level he can break through. STRUM (3) struggled at Bendigo over 1100m last time out but was close up here on resumption and can bounce back. LUMOSITY (4) resumes. Two runs in her maiden campaign were just fair but they were behind talented types and she could be a sharp improver with a spell under the belt. ROUSLEY (10) is a 2yo filly by Capitalist on debut for the Jason Warren yard. Her jumpouts have been solid and she draws well. Respect. LUNAR ARC (5) could be an improver this time around.
