Looks an ideal race for BLUE SHIELD (2) to break through. He's placed in all three to date, just finding one better by under a length his past couple. Finds a winnable race here and can progress again, drawing perfectly to sit on speed and prove too tough to catch. SCIOCCARE (7) is a gelding by Shocking on debut for the Maher yard who might be able to run well at odds. He bolted in with a recent trial, albeit only against two rivals. Fancy he'll want further but he can run a good race. LEVRIER (10) just found one better on debut at Moe when in the market and can improve off that. Should take holding out. QUEEN PETA (9) is a filly by Dirty Work on debut for the Begg yard who has trialled nicely, respecting the top yard and some early support. THE DECEMBRIST (8) didn't fire on debut but can do better this time around.
