PAPPIANA (11) broke her maiden in a BM58 over 1500m at Muswellbrook last start, stalking the pace before letting down a bit too well. Nicely drawn and carries the same weight today in a similar race so another win is on the cards. Lightly raced filly FLEETLY (13) showed great determination to get up for her maiden win over this distance at Armidale last time out. Enjoys a cosy run from the inside draw and has enough improvement in store to cope with this class rise. ALWAYS A SAINT (5) got back as usual before stoking up late to grab third at his latest appearance over today's journey at Dubbo. Should be about the money again. RAYMOND'S REWARD (7) appreciated a drop grade when he won a weak Class 1 over seven furlongs at Armidale ten days ago. Building a nice record at this distance so must be considered. ARTELIMAR (8) disappointed at Mudgee last time but is better than that.
