MOSGOLD (9) improved last start when just outside the placings in an open sprint at Wagga. Has an outstanding record at or around today's journey. Ready to find form at the fourth run back. BEOUR BAY (2) missed the kick before being beaten under two lengths in Saturday company at Moonee Valley recently. Loves it wet and handles this way of going. Major player. IVAN'S HERO (5) has been in the money four of five when fresh from a spell so keep him safe off a three-month break.
