ALABAMA FOX (10) consistent mare due for a change of luck. Looked to have the race parcelled up before Amplify sailed down the outside when second over 1400m at this track. At her top now and no excuses today on the limit. ROLLING MAGIC (1) demolished a good field third-up when a commanding winner over 1600m at Nowra. Well in with Stanley's 3kg claim and expect to see him hold a position in a race that lacks speed. ISLAND DREAM (5) gets a better set-up for this and expecting more third-up. Warmed up late when sixth to Amplify over 1400m at this track. Sure to be thereabouts. PRETTY POWERFUL (7) produced a good set of figures first-up when circling the field for a gritty win over 1400m at Warwick Farm. Goes just as well second-up and has further improvement to come. ALABAMA STATE (6) will relish the extra trip but hard to recommend with any confidence.
