Typically tough staying race. SUN GIFT (8) is racing well without breaking through, just finding one better at her past couple of starts. The run two back was quite good when chasing an all-the-way winner and she tried hard again last time at Geelong. Should take beating again. ZAMBEZI KHAN (2) hasn't quite fired in two runs back from a spell but hasn't been beaten far in either and should be ready to peak now third up. Her best form is up to these. Wary of the progressive EMPRESS OF THE SUN (9) who has won her past two starts, measuring right up in a BM64 last time at Cranbourne to win well. Has plenty of upside and can win again. SHEZAVIXEN (14) was poor when in the market second up but can bounce back while PARVATI PARTY (10) is racing well and an each-way hope.
