SEVEN CANDLES (15) was first-up after nearly a year and was too good fresh, clocking strong splits and then backed it up over this track and trip at the midweeks 10 days ago. Comes into this on the minimum weight with Pike taking the ride. Looks an exciting galloper on the rise and he can bring up the hat-trick. REDBACK FLYER (4) was too good first-up, sitting on the speed and scoring by 0.7L over the 1400m. He was very good when getting out to this trip last campaign and he has the speed to get across from out wide should they wish to. Can build on the strong fresh effort. AUTO CRUISE (9) is another who looks to have plenty of upside, winning by 0.8L last start and now stretching to the mile for the first time. Draw is a niggle, though she drops in weight now and rates highly. MEMORY PARADE (1) is right back in grade and trip today and has to be included. ITZABEAST (11) is racing in top order and has to be included on that effort.
