Irish import INNCOURT (5) has done little wrong since landing in the Matthew Smith yard. Tasted defeat for the first time in three Australian runs when edged out in a blanket finish over the mile at Kembla last start. Up in grade but gets some nice weight relief and will relish stepping up to 1900m. STING IN THE TAIL (7) came widest then powered home but just missed last time out over 2200m at Warwick Farm. Has a nice record here at this distance so dropping 300m holds no fears. Overdue a win. RELEASE POINT (6) has been flying for Rod Northam on the country circuit this prep. Harder this time but at the weights he comes into calculations. On-pacer SUNSET PARK (4) was brave in defeat in a Rosehill Midway last time out. Cherry ripe after three runs back and certainly good enough to test this field. THE GADGET MAN (2) can improve second-up out to this more suitable journey.
