TOUCHDOWN (5) is fresh for this having missed a run at 2000m due to the recent fires at Lindsay Park. He's a progressive horse who has won his past three, dominant in good time at Caulfield Heath last time out over 1800m. Back to a mile here off the gap is a little niggle but he might just be too good again. YES I KNOW (12) has been racing well without winning this time in, just run down late as favourite at Flemington last week. He drops 4kg into this on the quick backup and that could be the factor. AHHA AHHA (8) ran on strongly but just missed last start at Geelong over 1400m and should be ideally suited to a mile now. ENCHANTED JENNI (10) won three on the bounce earlier in the campaign, good again her past couple. Tricky draw here but she has claims again. SUNSETS (4) may want further now but ran well fresh.
