The Trinder yard has strong representation. ROUNDLE PARK (5) held on well beaten half a length fresh from a spell over 1200m at Launceston as favourite. He'd come off a big Maiden win at this track and is back in grade with a handy 3kg claim. Flies here and can go one better. PRINCE OF KHATUN (4) brings a string of narrow defeats from the turf and won his only start this course/trip. His numbers stack right up, and he has an inside barrier and a handy 3kg claim. MISS LYRA (7) resumes with Byrne Burke engaged. She just missed in a Hobart Open 2 when last seen and has trialled well for her return. Has an awkward gate but should be running into it. ZULU FIELDS (10) will be around the mark building on her Maiden win at Launceston first-up. Maps well, and Pires stays aboard.
