DEBONNAIRE (3) was slowly away but hit the line nicely over 1100m first-up. He didn't have a trial coming into that event and boasts a solid second-up record. May get back from the draw again, but stepping out over 1200m and dropping in weight looks ideal. Can return to winning ways. FIRST LAW (9) got the job done in a CL5 here a fortnight ago when proving far too good for his rivals. That was a big turnaround in his form and this looks to shape similarly. He carries no weight today and looks the main danger on what he did last time out. WILD IMAGINATION (1) was outclassed in Listed company 55 days ago and looks well placed coming back to this level today. Catarino's claim comes in handy and while she is back in trip, she has placed 5/9 at the sprint trip. Can feature in the finish. KALLAROO (11) is not out of this if he's up to the mark fresh. TACITO (5) can improve on the fresh effort.
