XTRA RUSH (5) is an unbeaten, lightly raced five-year-old gelding who has won all three starts to date. He's won comfortably at very short quotes his past two, dominant at Mornington last time out at $1.75 carrying 62.5kg. Maps for every chance again and can measure up. Not sure what to do with FEDERER (4) who had been coming along well prior to last start. He was blocked for a run here two back when a bit unlucky but had no excuses last time and dropped out. No doubt he's good enough and taking a sit may help. JARETH (12) is a progressive sort, finding the line well at Caulfield in a handy race last time out at Caulfield. Gets Zahra aboard from a good draw and will be hard to hold out. KAAZI (14) has won two in a row and is another on an upward spiral. More depth here and onto a firmer deck but has claims. SOUND OF JURA (16) next best.
