Fairly useful winning novice hurdler last season. Point background provides hope that he'll take to chasing and Sean Bowen is booked for a stable among the winners.

Useful hurdler who is a chasing sort on looks and took well to fences with a 3m Exeter handicap success in February. Won comfortably by 10 lengths and still looks well treated off 5 lb higher.

Pretty useful hurdler/chaser who won twice last autumn. Creditable second over 25.5f at Cartmel at the end of August but not in the same form when a well-held fourth at Chepstow (3m) 16 days ago. First-time blinkers replace regular cheekpieces.

Very consistent in the 2023/23 campaign, including a win in the valuable Classic Chase at Warwick, but much more miss than hit last season, finishing a remote fourth in the Midlands National on final start. Well treated again if reviving after a 7-month break.

C&D winner who enhanced his fine strike-rate over fences when taking the Devon National at Exeter when last seen in February. Ran creditably on last season's reappearance so capable when fresh.

Did well in hunter chases in the spring but returns to handicaps off a career-high mark.

Resumed winning ways in the Borders National at Kelso last December but pulled up on all 3 outings since. A 6-month break needs to have had a reviving effect.
