GIN SPIRIT (7) resumes. She didn't really fire in two runs last time in but her earlier 2yo form was very strong having just missed in a Group 3 at Flemington last year. If she's anywhere near her best with another spell under the belt she should take beating. VIASAIN (3) was a smart winner first up as favourite at Kyneton, okay in a stronger race at Sandown Lakeside last time. This looks a touch easier and he can atone. ARABELLA STAR (9) is going very well this time in, dominant at Gawler two back in a Class 1, good again behind Declared at Murray Bridge who was well backed at Caulfield on Saturday. Expect she measures up. THAILESS (5) struggles to win but is going okay and maps for every chance. SURPRISATIC (4) can be hitting the line late.
