WATERMELON (2) won here over 1900m as expected and then just missed this grade on the course proper. Maps well and keeps the handy 2kg claim. He can bounce back. KENSHIN MARU (4) is well placed at best. Hard-fit and tackles this track for the first time. He will get every chance jumping from the inside barrier. SLY CORNER (3) wasn't beaten far here three weeks ago but was much better when nudged out at the track prior. That would see him in the finish, and he draws to advantage. PAPAL MISS (6) mixes the form, but she has the ability. She gives away starts but is on a quick backup and has won 2/4 this course/distance. PRINCETON AWARD (7) peaks and is also on a quick return. He's in the mix.
