BOKUDEN (4) missed narrowly when favourite at Ipswich last time out in a good return to his best form. Back to 1500m today, though he is a course and distance winner in the past. Likely to get back in the run but if he can run up to his recent figures, then he'll be hard to hold out. EAST WEST MISS (6) won here two back before a 2L defeat over the 1200m at the Sunny Coast a fortnight ago. Out to this trip for the first time, but suspect this may be what she's looking for now judging by her latest performance. Can sit handy and be in this for a very long way. THE IMMORTALS (5) won here two back to break his maiden before a 5.9L defeat at Ipswich last time out. He's placed in both attempts over this course and distance in the past and he maps for a lovely run in transit. Can be in the finish again. MAN IN THE MIRROR (2) is better than we saw last time out and coming back to this track and trip looks ideal. MISHANI EMPIRE (9) won't be far away.
