NAVARRE RIVER (1) led and was quickly back on track beaten a nose here over 1400. Didn't enjoy much luck over this distance the one before in stronger class. Maps well and he can win with the in-form Byrne Burke sticking aboard. OUR INDULGENCE (11) hasn't won for a long time, but his placing here last over this trip suggests that may change. The leading hoop replaced the 2kg apprentice, and he can manage a soft run from the inside barrier. THIN RED LINE (6) wasn't too far away here 12 days ago, stepping up to the mile from sprints. Needs a good ride from Pires, but he hits this at peak and with average luck can get into the frame. RIPPEN GOLD (4) spiked his figures in the same contest, beaten a whisker from the speed. Started at big odds from the 11 gate and before scratching draws identically here. Has a 2kg claim, and he should be around the mark if everything goes his way
