CASTILLIAN (4) is chasing his third win from his last four outings and looks well graded for this. Held on gamely in the heavy (8) going when a plugging second over 1350m at Doomben in BM85 company. Comes from a lethal stable with gun jockey booked. SUPER DUCK (5) extremely consistent gelding with a solid win record. Stalked the speed with the 50kg when no match for the classy Amur after tiring late to run third over 1400m at Eagle Farm. Has the gate speed to cross from the wide draw and is adept in all conditions. CRANKY HARRY (3) underrated gelding with a solid set of figures over this track and trip. Total forgive after covering plenty of ground in the run when a fading sixth behind Time Quest over 1600m in the Coffs Harbour Cup. Gets weight relief and ready to bounce back. RESURRECTED (8) second of the Matt Dunn runners undefeated in his last four runs. Tackles a much stiffer race today, and not to be overlooked on the limit weight.
