URENUI (2) has been in solid form this prep, and was close up when finishing second as favourite at Whanganui 2 weeks ago. He deserves a winning turn. On top. CANHEROC (1) is building his fitness and steps out to a suitable trip for the first time fourth up in this campaign. Hard to beat. SOLDIER BOY (3) just peaked on his effort late at Te Rapa 3 weeks ago, and should be at his peak now after suffering a setback earlier in the year. He is good enough to take this out. SWINGIT OUR WAY (8) was fifth as favourite at Otaki last week, but she is much better than that. She is nicely weighted and is worth another chance. WHAT A CHARMA (5) made up some late ground when finishing third in the same race as the top pick last time out. She can settle a touch closer to the pace from the pole position this time, and should be right in the finish again.
